Hades is a chapter about death, and for me, the most fascinating depiction of death come from historical books of woodcuts such as La Danse Macabre. The technique and content of these black and white woodcuts speak to this chapter. I will cut up, re-arrange and re-work these prints with other wood-cut images including some by Albrecht Durer.
