This project is fueled by my love of literature and my love of material experimentation. During an 8 week residency at the Tides Museum and print shop in Eastport, Maine I created artwork that pairs with every page of James Joyce's novel Ulysses. All PDFs used on this site were generated by me using the 1922 version of the text that as been cut to match the pagination of the Gabler edition. My hope is that while exploring my visual interpretation of the text, you will want to spend some time visiting or re-visiting the source.
If you live near New Haven, CT, the full project is currently on view at the Institute Library through September 3, 2016. Click here for more information.
